All information collected from the nexus-card.ca website and from application forms submitted to Nexus Support Services is considered confidential and will not be passed on to any third parties.
We do not use cookies on the nexus-card.ca website to collect data about applicants
Data Collection
Data on this site is collected from email inquiries and from applications submitted by interested parties. Data collected on this site may be used in the following ways:
- Your email address is used for the sole purpose of sending you information regarding the requested services.
- If you have subscribed to our newsletter we may send you a regular newsletter about trends and services within the industries that we operate. You have the option to opt out of the newsletter at any time. Newsletter emails contain an opt-out link.
Application Forms
Immigration TS application forms only contain data required by the government to process a visa or check eligibility for a trusted traveler program.
Application forms submitted via this website by clients who have paid our PayPal service fee are kept for 60 days in the event that the applicant makes a Payment dispute against Immigration TS - Nexus Support Services. In this event the application may be uploaded to Payment processor to prove the applicants consent to Immigration TS - Nexus Support Services.
Application forms submitted via this website by clients who do not pay our service fee are kept for 14 days in the anticipation that the applicant will make the appropriate payment. After this time the application is destroyed.
Applications from applicants who cancel their service with Nexus Support Services before Nexus Support Services have been able to carry out the service are destroyed immediately
Note: We never print out paper copies of any electronic or faxed application forms
Child Applicants
We only accept applications from child (under 18) applicants if accompanied by authorization from parents or legal guardians. All of our application forms have a section for parental consent. All communication from Immigration TS - Nexus Support Services relating to a child applicant is conducted via email with their parent or legal guardian.
Credit Card Information
Credit card information is used solely for the purpose described on the application form. Staff members using an applicant’s credit card data are heavily monitored. Immigration TS does not allow staff to copy or store credit card information.
Emails from applicants containing credit card details are deleted immediately. This does not include emails containing credit card information on an Immigration TS - Nexus Support Services application form. Application forms are kept for 90 days once Nexus Support Services has carried out the contracted services.
Telephone Support
Immigration TS - Nexus Support Services process and submit your application as contracted and will confirm certification, application number and profile login details by email. For all inquiries and status questions, you should call Customs and Border Protection External Support on Tel:+1. 866 530 4172 quoting your application number provided in your confirmation email.
Respecting Your Privacy
All employees are trained in Immigration TS privacy policy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
We respect your privacy by not operating a call center. Our staff members are not allowed to communicate with clients in any other way than by email in response to a Clients question or to chase up missing information and service payment fees.
Data Security
We ensure that all data sent to Immigration TS - Nexus Support Services is protected and secure from unauthorized access. We use appropriate physical and electronic management procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Such procedures include the latest in encryption technology and firewall protection.
